Mr. Shahid Iqbal is a seasoned business leader and development professional with over two decades of experience in corporate management, entrepreneurship, and the non-profit sector. He serves as Managing Director of Wajda International (Pvt.) Ltd. and President of Naziran Yousaf Memorial Foundation, leading strategic planning, financial sustainability, and microfinance initiatives focused on poverty alleviation. As Director/Chairperson at Naymet Pakistan, he oversees governance, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Abdul Aziz Awais is an experienced business and marketing professional with extensive expertise in project management, business development, and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the American International University, Lahore, and has over two decades of leadership experience across organizations, including National and International.

Dr. Ayesha Shahid has been actively involved in humanitarian and community welfare initiatives for many years. As a Board Member of NAYMET Pakistan, she has contributed to initiatives focused on poverty alleviation, community development, women’s empowerment, education, healthcare, and support for underserved communities. Her commitment to social welfare reflects a strong dedication to creating sustainable opportunities and improving the quality of life for vulnerable segments of society.

Ali Iftikhar Cheema is a seasoned banking and business executive with over 16 years of leadership experience in commercial and Islamic banking, strategic management, and business development, having held senior positions at Bank Makramah Limited, Habib Metropolitan Bank, Al Baraka Bank Pakistan Limited, Silk Bank, and MCB Bank Limited. He holds an M.Sc. in Banking & Finance from Loughborough University, UK.
